A woman is walking down the stairs, passes the recorder and walks down to the cellar. You hear the keys in her hand and a car passing in the distance. She opens a door. A pneumatic air tool (jackhammer) was used to lower some concrete blocks on the exterior of our garage. I was inside the house recording it with a zoom h2 recorder. So this was recorded through an insulated wall. This is the longer recording.

This is the sound of a rat gnawing its way down through our wooden ceiling (and 2 days after this recording there was a hole about an inch wide in the ceiling!).
